CAIU Apple iPad Summit
Payment, Cancellation, Substitutions and Refund Policy

In order to offer this high quality event, The CAIU Apple iPad Summit must estimate attendance, enter contracts, and prepay many expenses. Therefore, we must follow a strict, fiscally sound refund/cancellation policy.

Payment
Registrants will be billed after the event. Checks may be mailed to the attention of Joy Forry, Capital Area Intermediate Unit; 55 Miller Street, Enola, PA 17025

Cancellation
Any participant withdrawals made by December 2nd will NOT be billed. If prepayment is made but withdrawal takes place prior to December 2nd, a full refund will be given.
However, any cancellations made from December 2nd – December 9th will be billed and no refunds will be given. In the event that a participant withdraws prior to this limited seating event, substitutes are welcome to attend in their place.

Substitutes
If a substitute attends in your place, please notify Joy Forry at jforry@caiu.org
Please send the name of the original registrant and the name of the person substituting before the start of the conference. Please include “Conference Substitution” in the subject line. Substitutions can also be made on-site at the conference registration desk.
